Meet Mary Ellen

Mary Ellen Swee is a member of the Illinois Bar. She holds a BA from Carleton College, MA and MLA degrees from The University of Chicago, and a JD from The John Marshall Law School in Chicago. Currently, she is a Liberal Arts Fellow at the Graham School at The University of Chicago. The Wall Street Journal and the medical journal JAMA published three of her non-fiction essays, and Notre Dame Review and The Midwest Quarterly have published her poetry.
